MARTA offers two options to access Grady Health System's main campus.

Option #1: Take MARTA's East-West rail line to stop E1 - Georgia State Station. From the station, walk two blocks north on Piedmont Avenue. Turn right onto Armstrong Street. Walk one block east on Armstrong, to Jessie Hill Jr. Drive.

Option #2: Take MARTA bus Route 4 - McDonough / Grady Hospital which passes in front of Grady Memorial Hospital and puts you directly onto the Grady Health System Campus.

From I-20 East or West, exit at 75N. On 75N exit at Edgewood. Make left onto Edgewood. Make left onto Jesse Hill Jr. Dr. Make left onto Coca Cola Place, right onto Pratt St., right onto Decatur St., then right onto Jesse Hill Jr. Dr. Make and immediate right into Parking deck. Parking deck is built onto McDonalds.

Traveling 75 North (From Clayton County), exit at Edgewood. Make left onto Edgewood. Make left onto Jesse Hill Jr. Dr. Make left onto Coca Cola Place, right onto Pratt St., right onto Decatur St., then right onto Jesse Hill Jr. Dr. Make and immediate right into Parking deck.
