Crestview’s care team specializes in wound care and the assessment of high risk residents. Twenty-four hour coverage is provided by skilled RNs, a full-time chief of service, physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Services are provided by an interdisciplinary team of health-care professionals in a homelike atmosphere – all in a compassionate and respectful manner.

The facility has a 54-bed Medicare unit. Private pay, Medicaid, Medicare and other third party insurance are accepted.

Crestview Health & Rehabilitation Center offers residents many amenities, including recreational therapy/activities, resident advocacy, pastoral support, a beauty and barbershop, phone, mail, laundry and newspaper service, a chapel, security and pharmacy.

Exceptional rehabilitation services include physical, speech therapy, occupational and respiratory therapy. Set within a secure seven-acre landscaped park, the facility is located just 10 minutes south of downtown Atlanta.
